    LOL
Batam is a destination for Singaporeans since it is very near to Singapore, a ferry ride across gets Singaporean to Batam for cheaper shopping, groceries, food and GOLF!

If Danau Toba is choosen as one of the top 10 tourist destinations then the local government must start to trim the infra structure, restore the accomodations as the place is losing its beauty due to lack of subsidization från government. It is a lot to fix there so to say. If they can manage to pull this off then not only it would help increasing the living standard of the local people but as well additional income for the government.

Hey, that looks great. Me and my buddies are visiting Indonesia next month. Found a great offer here, that will cut down our travel expenses down to a measly $40 a night. Any other recommendations for sightseeing while I am there ? I would really appreciate it… thanks in advance…. – Eric
