Executive Chef Nils Kramer from Germany, with a vast extensive years of experiences in his palm, has been leading The Kitchen since the opening of Aryaduta Hotel Medan, December 2007.  His love for food and passion can be felt by simply talking to this charming German chef and with a team of 53 assistant chefs behind him, The Kitchen is one not to be missed.  Chef Nils expertise is in Mediterranean, and enjoy cooking the old fashion style, i.e picking, selecting, breeding from the origins is what make this restaurant a special place.  With that, guests can be assured that what you have at The Kitchen is hand picked by the master himself.  To ensure that guests received the best, many of the ingredients are flown in such as Australian beef as well as scallops.

The Japanese Bento Set

The Kitchen is offering Japanese Bento Set available for lunch as well as dinner.  Two different Bento sets are made available for guest to enjoy, the Premium and the Platinum, each comes with soup, salad as well as a drink and fresh fruits.  A definite good value for that quick lunch or a casual dinner with friends and love ones.

    It is too expensive for a bento and the price is ++ and is still missing of drink.the bill will end up at 200,000 easily

    ++ is the usual 10% Tax 11% Service Charge.
    Drink…. request for sky juice (plain water) perhaps :-)

    yesterday i had my incredible lunch at The Kitchen. The platinum bento set was really mouth watering, and it was including free flow japanese tea and fresh fruit desert. i think you all have to go there and have your own bento experience. it’s a real japanese taste… price doesn’t matter, especially if you value a fine dining resto…
