The Lentil Soup

For starter, enjoy the Lentil Soup.  This heart-warming soup, is very fresh, light yet flavorful.  Or you can opt for the Fatoush, a salad dish consists of green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes seasoned with herbs, olive oil, and lemon, a nice kick start before the main course.  Well, since it’s serving in buffet style, do try both anyway.

Fatoush

Pita Bread is probably the most common type of Middle Eastern bread.  At the Marriott Café, it is done in a nice portion size, have it with salad like Fatoush, dip it with Hummus or as a sandwich with falafel, any how you like, it sure will satisfy your appetite.
