I am 25 years old. Now, Iam still working in A’Famosa Resort Hotel Melaka, Malaysia as a Reception since 17 January 2008. I ever worked in M/V Star Pisces of Star Cruises as a Utility Steward Housekeeping from 23rd January 2007 until 3rd October 2007. Banyak saya lihat orang2 bodoh di Medan itu cepat dapat kerjaan hanya karena ada kenal orang dalam, sementara orang yang benar2 punya pengetahuan terabaikan. Terbukti dengan ketidak profesionalan pihak management hotel MARRIOTT yang merekrut pihak penyelenggara panitia interview, masa untuk nomor urut pakai acara mencampakkan ke udara, dan membiarkan orang2 pada berebut begitu ??. kalau seperti itu caranya, itu bukan nya cara kerja orang profesional, skill nya kok rendah banget seperti binatang begitu ??…. siapakah yang merekrut team ini ??, apakah itu Mr. Handoko Lie dan Mr. FArid ya yang merekrut mereka ??, apakah mereka ada mendapatkan training atau benarkah mereka telah di test sebelum diterima bekerja disana ?? kok caranya aneh banget ??……
Saya benar2 marah membaca keluh kesah para pelamar, karena saya bisa membayangkan seperti apa itu ??… apalagi bila saya bandingkan dengan cara interview di negara2 asing yang sudah saya pernah jalani, untuk kelas dunia cara JW MARRIOTT Medan ini, sudah benar2 tidak termaaf kan . Dan juga membuat saya berpikir, kok pihak pimpinan Hotel Marriott diem saja ??, apakah mereka tidak tahu hal ini terjadi ?? atau mereka memang bodoh sehingga tidak tahu bagaimana cara merekrut pegawai yang mempunyai moral dan disiplin tinggi ??….
Kalau begini caranya, sepertinya JW MARRIOTT Hotel di Medan perlu di iklankan sebagai Hotel yang paling bobrok, dan perlu di beritahukan juga kepada rekan2 Hotel MARRIOTT lain nya yang berada di beberapa negara, agar mereka juga bisa mengganti pihak management dan merekrut pegawai dengan cara yang profesional dan murni.
