Dear sir,
I am looking for job in J.W. Marriot Hotel Medan as a Front Office Supervisor.
I am 25 years old. Now, Iam still working in A’Famosa Resort Hotel Melaka, Malaysia as a Reception since 17 January 2008. I ever worked in M/V Star Pisces of Star Cruises as a Utility Steward Housekeeping from 23rd January 2007 until 3rd October 2007. I also ever worked in Jayakarta Suite Hotel Bandung as a Room Boy from 1st August 2005 to 1st August 2006.
I graduated from Akademi Pariwisata Medan in Hotel Management majority for Diploma 3 of Room Division Program in 2005.
I able to operate the Microsoft word and excel and the Fidelio Opera System fir the Front Office Computerize System.

June 21st, 2008 at 7:15 pmmembaca e-mail dari sdr.Syamsul Risky dan sdr.Ikhwan Latif yang menyatakan kekecewaannya terhadap pelaksanaan walk in interview oleh pihak management JW.Marriott Medan saya sangat setuju sama mereka berdua, karena management JW.Marriott Medan telah merusak image JW.Marriott sebagai sebuah hotel berkelas dunia apalagi inilah adalah produk jasa dimana first image adalah faktor sangat utama,jika pada awal kehadiran JW.Marriott Medan sudah membuat sensasi yang sangat buruk bagaimana kedepannnya? memperbaiki image yang sudah rusak akan sangat sulit karena itu akan dikenang selamnya didalam pikiran semua orang kecuali sudah meninggal dunia,namun ingat 1 orang yang puas akan menyampaikan kepada 5 orang dan 1 orang yang tidak puas akan menyampaikan kepada 10 orang, bisa dibayangkan berapa orang yang merasa dikecewakan pada hari tersebut(saya menyebutnya sebagai Jumat Kelabu)dan sebaiknya para management JW.Marriott Medan yang terlibat dalam peristiwa tersebut dipecat saja sebagai konsekuensi ketidak profesionalisme sebagai pekerja dalam industri jasa.
