Taman Setia Budi (TASBI)

Taman Setia Budi commonly known as TASBI in Medan, is a very large housing complex. It may not be the most secured residential complex due to its size and One can easily get lost inside if you are not resident, a visitor not familiar with the complex. It is an affordable alternative since one floor housing starts from only Rp500.000.000- and rents for only Rp25.000.000- a year.

It is not in city center but Medan is not huge anyway, so city is about 20 minutes drive. Although, the University of North Sumatra (USU) is very close by and there are many shops on the main street including many fast food restaurants.
