   How can Malibu Indah provide a quiet surrounding while it is located so close to Polonia Airport?? Have you forgotten about the take offs and landings of the planes??

   Yes, surprisingly you will not hear the planes from Taman Malibu compared to Taman Polonia which is Next to the airport.
   Taman Malibu is not in the flight path of Polonia Airport especially during take offs and landings of planes from Polonia Airport.

   bisa tidak ya….. klu rent rumah di komplek taman malibu hanya 1 bulan saja…? trus harganya berapa….? apakah di dalam rumah tersebut sudah termaksud perabotannya?

   There are many sizes of houses in Taman Malibu Indah, the standard smaller size houses are 2.5 stories house built on 8.5mx26m plot, there are other larger plots too. What kind of houses are you looking for?

    Harga tanah sekitar Rp4jt – Rp5jt /me tergantung ukuran dan lokasi kapling. Harga Rumah sekitar Rp2M tergantung ukuran.

    is any house at block C or B (size : 8m or 9m x 22m) at taman malibu available for sale? been desperately looking for one at malibu for quite sometimes, but haven’t found one.

    Kalo harga tanah di blok A Jalan Malibu Indah Raya yang 2 row dengan luasan 460an M2 berapaan ya per meternya?

    Trus kalo harga tanah di sekitar blok A, yang nomor rendah seperti A-1 ; A-2 ; A-3 perempatan pertama belok kanan dari pos security depan dengan luasan 650an berapaan ya per meternya?
