Fried ice SCREAM at Aryaduta Hotel

Cooking and Eating can sometimes brings JOY and Laughter as we found out when we had lunch today.
Here’s a video of Teppanyaki Chef preparing Banana Flambe – “Fried Ice Cream” for our sons at The Kitchen Restaurant of the Aryaduta Hotel Medan. It turned out to be “Fried Ice SCREAM”

We were surprised ourselves about the SCREAM, this is their second treat for the ice cream as per their request. The whole restaurant was startled by the Scream with the HUGE fire at the Teppanyaki table and thought something must have gone horribly wrong.
Luckily, it ended with Laughter, an unforgetable experience for the kids and everyone that witnessed it.
From the excitement, we forgot to take a picture of the Banana Flambe served at The Kitchen Restaurant of The Aryaduta Hotel Medan, you should be able to see it in the video. If not, here’s how a Banana Flame looks like, not exactly the same one but close.
