The project was announced sometime last year, it has only been confirmed that the project will be built in conjunction with Ivory Properties of Penang – Malaysia during the Penang – Medan Business Gathering by Indonesia China Business Council at Tiara Convention Hall Medan on Friday, 27 March 2009 with Minister of Penang Mr Lim Guan Eng.

If you are thinking of buying a condo from Deli Grand City, think again!
The developer still owes many people money including previous tenants. Dont pay up too quickly and make sure they have a confirmed date of project completion.

many rumors about the project not having enough money to build

Deli Grand City has got a blessing from Governor and The Chief Minister of Penang for its further constructions. Medan people should be proud of this event, think positive and be encouraged that DGC will uplift the status of Medan city to a Metropolitan level.

DGC has just held its premier exhibition for its The Sky Garden Condominium recently….wow..so much interest of buyers.

Anybody who is interested in knowing more about DGC, please contact our office at +(62)(61)4535999.

Many tenants big and small, all not received compensations for their kiosk at Sinar Plaza and Menara Plaza and the developer just tear down the place!

If they have no money to pay the current tenants, how do they have money to build the big project.

Nobody dare to buy the kiosks or apartments if they are not sure if they have the money to finish the project. Just ask any shop owner and you will know the truth

Just wonder if they are going to demolish the remaining “deli plaza” or they are going to build on top of it?

  12. MedanKu.com on August 16th, 2009 12:55 pm

    The plan was:
Phase 1, to demolish Sinar & Menara Plaza plus the offices (RUKO) to build new buildings, then
Phase 2 to demolish the current Deli Plaza to rebuild another building that connects.
