went there with family for buffet but cannot find the omellete oyster you recommend why?

Sorry to hear that, the Oyster Omelette is a special dish for the buffet, which is not always available. Swiss Cafe change and rotate these special dishes every week for the buffet, previous week was roti prata.
Hainan Chicken rice is very good. very soft and juice like found in Singapore.
