Citi International Hotel Opens Budget Hotel in Medan
Citi Inn is the latest budget hotel to open in Medan at Jl Sun Yat Sen. Designed with minimal concept with 147 rooms.
Rooms available, Superior, Junior Suite, Business Suite, Family Suite. The prices are cheap starting from about Rp300.000/room, affordable for budget conscious but I do not recommend family to stay in the superior room as you can see, the bathroom is an open concept! Hey if you are couple, you might find this interesting.

This hotel sucks man !! You know what ? you think i’m in honeymoon ? the bathroom sucks..with glass partition you can make porn movies of your friend man ! You must have paid a price for this kind of architecture..lol..In addition, is this a hotel ? generator do not stop running due to insufficient electricity.this annoys me all night long.haha..moreover.I need to go out if i’m hungry.there is no room service and the breakfast sucks man..I highly recommend that u don’t ever think to stay here.If you need a hotel in this location go to waiyat hotel in Asia street.They are superb with low prices and good restaurant’s food.The hotel rocks you man with free wi fi..It’s Wai Yat hotel..the telephone +62617368575…CitiInn sucks man…

I think the concept comes from budget hotels in Singapore. I have seen “Hotel 1929″ in Singapore to have an open plan bathroom too…
So really, budget hotels are not for family or “normal” friends.
I think this hotel is quite qualify.
Depend on the people who stay there maybe…
I ever stay there for 4days and nothing that i feel wrong with this hotel… Maybe just our feeling when we only the one in the room with open bathroom (without door).
More like motel than a hotel.
Medan city need any power to push up the needs of Medanese. Sleep without electric just a piece of cake now because this problem can’t solved by government yet.

I have stayed there many times, and become a regular guest. I do get a discounted price which i found it cheap. And the whole condition of the hotel itself so far should be quite reasonable fine.
Of course we can’t compared it to 5 star hotels which the rates are terrible. around Rp 600.000 – Rp 900.000. For a night at 5 star hotel, i can enjoy my 3 days at Citi Inn and i’m quite happy with their services overall.
The staff are friendly and i do feel like at home.
I stayed there for 2 nights alone .To be fair I cannot expect anything more at the rate of Rp300,000 per night .Impressed that they have free pick up service on my trip from the airport to hotel except that the driver was late for 15 minutes .The open view washroom concept is a concern to me if I am staying with someone.
Shopping is not within walking distance .Security is fine.Staff are friendly.
But my overall rating for this hotel is above average.
How much is the cheapest room at citi inn.?
yeah I 100% agree that those bathrooms are absolute BULLSHIT. though many of those budget chains in China have that too nowadays. when I am making an inquiry at a hotel in China, the first thing is to tell them that I will not stay with them if they have such a disgusting glass-bathroom.
Sorry, but ABSOLUTELY NOBODY, again: ABSOLUTELY NOBODY likes such thing !!!! But did they ever ask their customers what they like ? no; of course they didn’t….
do those hoteliers lack any common sense ???
the least ting they have to do then is to provide a CURTAIN inside the bathroom, but the only place where I have seen that was in a recently opened HOLIDAY INN in Thailand…..
I would never stay in such a place as citihotel with those glass-bathrooms.
I wonder if they realize how many millions and millions of Rupiah they lose every month because people dont like to stay at such places…..
