What does Medanku means? “ku” is an Indonesian word for “my” or “mine” hence Medanku is “My Medan”.
Medanku is proud to present the information about Medan by Medanese. This website is really about our Medan hence we would like everyone to contribute to the website by posting your comments and your experience in Medan.
If you are born in Medan, the more we urge you to contribute to show The Pride of Medan to our visitors to Medan. Even if you dont live in Medan anymore. 
As we know there are many Medanese (citizen of Medan) who went overseas to study or under employment who hasnt returned to their home town.
I know Medan is a small town in Indonesia to many people, but actually Medan is the 3rd largest city in Indonesia and has already been recognized as a metropolitan city of Indonesia. And best of all, Medan has nurtured great entrepreneurs who are now changing lifes’ around the world!
There are also many huge corporations, factories and conglomerates from Medan who have now lived in other cities. Hence we should be proud to declare we are from Medan - Indonesia.
So, Medanku.com is developed as a tribute to our loving city of Medan.

It’s MeG here, born in Medan and have been living in Australia for
quite awhile.
Just dropping to appreciate this website. It is so informative. I
find it really interesting where I can browse any of my own hometown’s
information. I am coming home pretty soon. it’d be really great to see
how Medan has been on great progress which I am truly proud of.
